Yes. All of our packages are fully customisable. Whether you’d like to extend your stay, upgrade your hotel, add spa treatments, or include additional guiding, we’ll tailor everything to suit your group and travel style.

Each package includes accommodation, ski passes, private guiding, and a curated selection of experiences unique to Zermatt. You’ll find specific inclusions listed on each package page, and we’re happy to provide a detailed proposal based on your chosen dates and group size.

Absolutely. All our guides are highly qualified professionals, many of whom live in Zermatt year-round. They offer not just expert ski instruction, but also local knowledge, restaurant recommendations, and concierge-style support throughout your stay.

We offer flexible booking terms and transparent cancellation policies. These vary slightly depending on the season and accommodation, but we always provide clear terms upfront to give you full peace of mind.

Yes. We regularly organise holidays for groups with mixed interests or ski levels. From spa days and mountain lunches to snowshoeing, scenic rail trips, or wine tastings, we can design experiences for everyone on and off the slopes.

You can choose to pay in one full payment or in two instalments. Our cancelation and refund policy is the same for both payment payment methods. Check out our Terms & Conditions here.

The first instalment usually covers your planning fee and guiding services. The second instalment covers your hotel, transfers, lift passes, equipment rental, and any other pre-booked services.

- Full payment: due by the date shown on your invoice.

- Split payment: the first instalment is due within 10 days of booking, and the second is due about 6 weeks before your holiday.

We accept payments via bank transfer (preferred) or by secure online card payment. Please note: card payments include a 3.5% processing fee.

All payments are made in Swiss Francs (CHF). If you pay in another currency, your bank will set the exchange rate and may add charges.

If you cancel more than 30 days before your holiday, you’ll receive a full refund (excluding the planning fee). Within 30 days, we’ll do our best to recover as much as possible from our partners, but refunds can’t be guaranteed.
