Yes. All of our packages are fully customisable. Whether you’d like to extend your stay, upgrade your hotel, add spa treatments, or include additional guiding, we’ll tailor everything to suit your group and travel style.

Our package prices cover accommodation, ski passes, private guiding, and a selection of unique Zermatt experiences. Specific inclusions are detailed on each package page, and we can provide a tailored proposal based on your dates and group size.

Absolutely. All our guides are highly qualified professionals, many of whom live in Zermatt year-round. They offer not just expert ski instruction, but also local knowledge, restaurant recommendations, and concierge-style support throughout your stay.

We offer flexible booking terms and transparent cancellation policies. These vary slightly depending on the season and accommodation, but we always provide clear terms upfront to give you full peace of mind.

Absolutely! We cater to groups with mixed interests and skill levels. From spa days and mountain lunches to snowshoeing, scenic rail trips, and wine tastings, we design experiences for everyone, both on and off the slopes.

You can choose to pay in one full payment or in two instalments. Our cancelation and refund policy is the same for both payment payment methods. Check out our Terms & Conditions here.

The first payment typically covers your planning fee and guiding services. The second payment includes your hotel, transfers, lift passes, equipment rental, and other pre-booked services.

- Full payment: due by the date shown on your invoice.

- Split payment: the first instalment is due within 10 days of booking, and the second is due about 6 weeks before your holiday.

We accept payments via bank transfer (preferred) or by secure online card payment. Please note: card payments include a 3.5% processing fee.

All payments are made in Swiss Francs (CHF). If you pay in another currency, your bank will set the exchange rate and may add charges.

If you cancel more than 30 days before your holiday, you’ll receive a full refund (excluding the planning fee). Within 30 days, we’ll do our best to recover as much as possible from our partners, but refunds can’t be guaranteed.
