How does your pricing work?
We work with complete transparency and add no markup to accommodation, lift tickets, or anything else we arrange, so you see everything at the actual cost. We charge a planning fee that covers sourcing options and building your tailored itinerary, and you receive an itemised proposal after a free consultation.
What does your winter guiding service offer?
Private guiding across all our winter activities, designed to show you around Zermatt and make sure you have the best and most seamless days on the mountain. We keep it easy for you, so all you have to do is enjoy it.
Are your winter guides qualified?
Yes. Our guides are highly qualified and are instructors as well, bringing real experience and a genuine love of the mountains to every day, so you are always in expert hands.
Do you cater to all levels and ages?
Absolutely. From complete beginners and children to advanced skiers and riders, every session is tailored to the individual or group, so everyone gets the most from their day.
What does your summer guiding service offer?
Just like winter, but in the green season. Private guiding across all our summer activities, designed to show you the best of Zermatt and give you seamless, effortless days in the mountains.
Do you provide equipment for summer activities?
We can add equipment to a tailored package at an extra cost. Because it depends on the number of people, ages, and the activity, we give a tailored quote for each individual booking. Bikes and cycling equipment are arranged through a trusted local partner.
